How can I use a Discount Code?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to manually enter your discount code in the designated section to apply it to your order.

Please note:
Only one discount code can be used per order.
If you have a discount code personally assigned to you, it will not be automatically applied—you’ll need to enter it manually.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout to receive the discount.
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes. We recommend double-checking that your discount code or gift card has been successfully applied before finalizing your purchase.

Can I change my order? 

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. This is because orders are immediately processed and transferred to our warehouse for fulfillment and dispatch.

We kindly ask that you carefully review all details before submitting your order, particularly your email and delivery address, to ensure accuracy.

In accordance with our terms and conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking confirmation email has been sent.

Do you offer price adjustments? 

Occasionally, our products are discounted. If you’ve purchased an item that has gone on sale within the last 3 days, we’d be happy to offer a one-time price adjustment. Simply reach out to us via email at info@copalcollective.com.

Please note that price adjustments are not available for online warehouse sales, temporary promotions, or discounts. Additionally, promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion began.
